In March 2020, KERTIS reached out to people in Louisville and asked them to start filming their lives. Without knowing what would unfold, or how long we would be enduring the lockdown, this experiment has grown into a documentary involving dozens of participants from all corners of our city. “The Public Record” is an intimate portrait of a city, and a country, asking questions and demanding answers.
